Yes. We work as an independent owner's representative on custom home builds. If your builder already has SWA engaged, we can't act for both sides — but we're happy to discuss on a quick call.

We can only act for one party on any given project. If your builder is already a client, we'll let you know upfront and can recommend independent alternatives.
