  • Advised the owner on all progress claims, proposed variations, and contractual notices — acting as the commercial filter between owner and builder
  • Reviewed builder's cost substantiation against scheduled charge out rates and tracked cumulative cost of building works
  • Maintained contract registers (variations, notices, claims) and monitored compliance with contractual time bars
